Getting ready to start a few remodeling projects the wife wants done. Debating everyday wether or not I should actually get started on my roadster project or sell it. I should join up the CR Weight Loss Thread. So far, I've probably put on some muscle, but have certainly lost some fat too, so the lbs are dropping but not huge. Admittedly I've only gotten 1 ride in this winter (when we had that warm snap) and no running. I need to get some time in on that for cardio before we go out west for the ski trip this year!
