C5 guy what tranny fluid do you use?

I am about to change the oil on the C5 tomorrow or tuesday i figured i would take a look at the tranny, how hard is it to drain and refill and what is the best fluid for it?

dex III. do not use synthetic since you have paper blocker rings and they will come apart if you run synthetic in it.
