Doctors, scientist's, and experts have been saying for decades how we're due for another pandemic. And no im not saying this just b/c i saw contagion last week. We're 1 month away from it, 10-1 = 9....9/11 The population is set to reach 7 billion. There are 9 zeros in a billion. Once you factor in population density, available health care for differing social strata, etc. it becomes strange that we haven't had one yet honestly. So far it doesn't look like the polio outbreak is in a heavily populated area, so that will be a largely miniscule issue. However, if the pandemic is anything like the Spanish Influenza outbreak or bubonic plague, things will get a bit tedious what with having to constantly bury bodies and such.
