If you no longer need people to fill position(s) you've listed online, either do one of two things; remove the listing(s) when the position(s) has been filled or don't act like a total douchebag when people come into your business looking to acquire said position(s). When I was job searching i can't remember how many large corporations had year-old postings that had been filled long ago still up.
