justin0469
It's not all about the cost, because when you actually need to collect the insurance, customer service is HUGE. I've always used USAA for everything because they have the BEST customer service of any kind that I've EVER experienced and usually they are the cheapest. Unfortunately, they don't offer motorcycle insurance, they refer you to Progressive. Progressive is the most expensive for my situation (bike, age, driving record ). Allstate and American Family are both noticably cheaper but what about customer service? What about policies for replacement parts and repairs? I THINK it was Allstate that I was told by a car body shop that will go out of their way to force body shops to use shotty parts and generally hard to deal with. State Farm and Geico aren't options. Benyen Soljax
whats wrong with SF? making a claim with them is easy and they let you choose the shop. they gave me what the shop told me it would cost in a check and that was that.
