After speaking with Anthony about it, it happened to be a bad batch of basecoat that caused noticeable imperfections. Along with that information Kevin has apparently offered to fix the paint, as he did for Anthony. I do regret that my original post contained statements based on only part of the story. Most have recommended Kevin and I only had one reason against him, which was skewed. At this point I have not reason to steer anyone away from him. I personally have had great experiences with Achbach in Westerville and Don's Automotive in New Alexandria, OH. Edited October 29, 2012 by Steve R.
