Holds up to 400 lbs and mounts into studs. It worked great, and is in perfect shape, I just don't need it anymore. It's disassembled in my garage, ready to go, with all hardware included. Looks exactly like the one in the picture, except the adjustable horizontal bars on mine are stainless.
