I was in far right lane, he was in far left lane, truck in the middle. I passed the truck, and as I passed the truck, he (vette) shot across two lanes and into mine as I was passing the truck and nailed my talon in the rear corner panel right in front of my rear driver's side tire with his passenger's side front fender/bumper/tire, sending me into a rather traumatizing 360. No one was cited, so insurance will have to duke it out. At this point I don't know if it's going to be his insurance company that pays or mine. I'd just throw away the scivvies rather than trying to get that stain out. Yeah, the biggest thing is I was extremely blessed. Yup for all you who don't believe in God, he blessed me. I did hit a guard rail, didn't get hit by any other traffic (and there was a considerable amount) and I drove/walked away. Doing a 360 on the freeway is definitely scary, but not as scary as the last accident in my old talon when the lady ran the red light at t-boned me at 55mph spinning me around and sending me up a 6" high median and hitting the steel pole supporting a giant street sign for the airport over on steltzer. You will have a hard time getting his insurance to accept fault, he may change his story, etc.... And your ins will have to pay your damages and then your rates will go up.
