Guy took of and they never found him. Plus the worst part is he took his collision of the car two weeks before to try to save some cash....really sucks. Read the quote I guess. No collision on car and they're going to part it out. The engine/trans are probably still good (and go for a decent amount).. interior, etc. No idea on the tires. I don't think the tires were thrown on there after the accident, unless all four of them were separated in the crash.. and why attach one to that broken off part? meh, whatever.
