Threw my back out this morning leaving the house. been in to the chiropractor and for an xray, icing it every hour all day, will see how it feels in the morning and through the day tomorrow. hoping for a miracle healing overnight, not counting on it. if anyone wants my spot, I'll sell it, since it said no refunds.
