pretty good deal, especially on handguns like a H&K USP or a P30. The USP can be found around 750 new and P30 around 800.

 

Get an HK HG for the price of a glock. Now you can't beat that.

Yeah, with Buds gunshop "make me an offer" that puts a 9mm USP at 515.00!!!

 

Also, that puts a USP Expert at 699.00 in some cases (store = HKspecialists) where it was a 1200-1400 gun a year ago before they made another run of them.

Not a gun but just picked one of these up in the store and it comes with a $10 MIR. I don't expect it to be all that great but it was hard to pass on it for $40.

Any experience with this scope? Not a bad deal for what you get. I've never used vortex but wondered how they compare to leupold

Only what I've read online, and mostly very positive. For 112 bucks I doubt you'll do much better. If you are wanting Leupold-ish you would need to step up to their Viper PST line and that would cost roughly 6x as much at least, more if you want FFP. For my mid to long AR build, I expect this optic to be more than sufficient.
