9am-6pm

Gates open at 9am

Price: Race car Fee $40.00 includes every one in car or tow vehicle.

Spectators $25.00/vehicle load

Gates and Entry:

Gates will open at 9AM and racing is from 9AM to 6PM.

Tech:

All registrants will be required to sign a waiver not holding National Trail Raceway, Buick Performance Group or Columbus Racing, LLC responsible for liability. We're looking for no leaks, nothing falling off, etc. You must wear long pants and a shirt with sleeves, t-shirts are fine. A Snell/DOT approved helmet is also required if you're running 13.99 or quicker. Cars 11.99 and quicker should have a all NHRA mandated safety equipment, including a roll cage for 11.49 or quicker. All vehicles will be marked after tech for record-keeping and verification reasons. You will not be able to race if you're not teched in; if you deliberately try to race without tech you will be ejected from the track and forfeit your registration money. Trails staff will be watching. Should you arrive after 10am it's your responsibility to track down the NTR representative to tech you in.

Motorcycles must have a Snell/DOT helmet with full shield, full-sleeve protective jacket, long pants, and over-the-ankle-shoes. If your motorcycle is quicker than 10.00 or faster than 120mph, you WILL need full protective gear and boots. It's suicide not to. Do not try and get around this, if you're busted, we may eject you from the event and you will forfeit your registration money.

NTR will not be running their evening event, Friday Night Street Fights, on this date. Once the CR event is finished, that's it for the day.

It's like pulling teeth around here.

It's a National Event, so I'm sorry that people don't get in free. Race your shit or ride with someone.

If its a national event how many of them do they think there will be?

Them and they?

This isn't aimed at you, this is aimed at everyone used to getting into our events for free. We didn't make the rules this time.

I think you misunderstood, I was asking how big their group is expected to be.

Here's the flier for the event from the BPG site. Anthony/Tina. Will this be straight all day test and tune or will there be brackets and things like that? On their flier it says it's $60 non-member? Is that.. member of CR or BPG? I'm assuming we'd just tell them we're part of CR?

Expected count is 200+ cars racing throughout the weekend, us included.

The $40 is for CR, tell them at the gate.

The racing is a mixture of TnT (all day, at least one lane) and bracket eliminations. There will be Buick PG specific, CR specific, and Buick PG/CR racing available.

There are different prices for "Buick" members and non members as they are racing for prizes and trophies...Just tell the People at registration tent you are with Columbus Racing and tell them either race or spectator. The reason for the expense is the BPG also has to provide track insurance to the tune of $2800. Saturday you should 200 plus cars. Nothing compared to the Mopar Event but we are just Buicks. We will also have a swap area and a vendors area if anyone want to sell their used parts and vend at the event. If you all want to pit together please let me know so I can reserve you some space.
