But Marc did our mortgage work for the new house we purchased last week and was awesome to work with. I had heard locally (indiana) that folks were working with Union Savings Bank. Finding out Marc worked there was a no brainer since I've known Marc for years (word up, streetlight!). A home is a big purchase and not something I do frequently (only my second purchase). It was nice working with someone I trust and could answer my questions truthfully and work with me. Marc was/is always quick to return calls emails. And we had to come up with some potential work around situations since my bank (not union savings) was a PITA. And I feel like I had questions about every single digit that came through my finger tips, he was always patient and informative. We got a great rate too.
