23k is a good starting price with a clean 06 MR with less than 90-100k. I don't know about an RS. But it's his car, why not give it a shot.

The fact that it is not an EVO that was heavily modded and I think adult owned should help sell. I dont know how well these things do with higher miles though.

I am familiar with the car and owner. It is in very nice condition, A1 mechanically, and you cam trust the owner. Not many stock RS out there.

Some people see a clean, rare, enthusiast performance car, others see a higher mileage Mitsubishi Lancer. He better hope an Evo fanboy has money to blow, otherwise he's gonna have it until he lowers the price
