SpaceGhost
So I have found a new 2014 Mustang Convertable. Willing to sell for $36k, sticker is $46k, never been titled, GT Premium. My only hatred is that it's an auto. Are the autos bad in these cars? I'm 40 and well, not rowing through a 6 speed kinda sounds ok at this point. Stretch
6 speeds in these cars are junk. Tons of issues if you browse some forums. If you want reliability then definitely go auto, especially if you plan on any mods.
STEVE-O
If you can deal with driving a auto and a vert then I would say you will be ok. What is your goal with the car? I haven't herd of any problems with the auto but again it's not that old either
SpaceGhost
Just a fun daily, no mods.
POS VETT
You're going to bargain the price down some more, right?
Stretch
If you're planning on leaving it mostly stock then you'll be fine with the 6 speed.
Jewtoys
Get the 2015, it will hold more value in the long run. Plus it looks better and has IRS, and other revisions.
SpaceGhost
2015 is more than I want to spend. They are awesome but not $44k nice. And yes I plan to negotiate some more.
caseyctsv
It's hell when you get "bit" huh? My work was suffering....all I could do was search for cars.
Not Brian
There's a 2015 black vert at work. Every time I walk by I get this lord of the rings voice in my head to touch the tail lights and rub my fingers across them. I just have some weird inner magnetism towards mapping out their surfaces like braille. I haven't done it yet. I might do it Monday.

caseyctsv
I would assume Mustang verts with a stick are hard to find like Camaros...so worth waiting for. I still cannot wipe the smile off my face from my couple of hour drive today.
