Draco-REX
Maybe I could get it wrapped.. Bright Orange V? LOL.
kirks5oh
Get the recaros. They are very good. You can swap in the alcantara wrapped steering wheel and shifter if you like those, but no one gets rid of the recaros and they can be difficult to get But they have great grip and are comfortable as well. Best seats ever put in a gm
Draco-REX
As I'm sitting here in CarMax, another V with all the goodies popped up... 400 miles away. But they're not open Sundays... grrr.

I wish I had the hard choice of color and seats It's in WI. I called them and the guy I talked to says he can do out of state sales, so I won't have to drive out there. Hopefully they won't be silly with the transport costs. This is the listing. It was traded in for a Viper, so this likely was the PO's fair weather car. Pros: Same price as the CarMax car 1500 less miles One year newer Not boring bright silver Recaros Alcantara wheel/shifter Cons: Yet another Black/Black/Black car. Judging by what the salesman, it *might* need rear tires. Yeah.. If he can work this out, I'm all over this one.

caseyctsv
Is there an emergency? Wait for what you want - too much money to compromise
Draco-REX
Do it. Working on it. Two more phone calls down. Turns out I will have to make the trip. Going to get as much done as possible over phone and e-mail this week and then head out Saturday. This car hasn't been on the lot very long at all. It hasn't even finished the state "safety inspection" yet. Looking at V's myself now This one's MINE! Hands off!
Draco-REX
Is there an emergency? Wait for what you want - too much money to compromise I don't think it's worth waiting for another color. Seeing as this will be my 7th black car, I don't think it'll be a problem. STEVE-O
Hard to fit a STI into the overhead storage. Sell Sti, get plane ticket and fly out drive Cts home back in 12 hours time Or do you plan to trade the Sti in at that dealership??
TTQ B4U
Sell Sti, get plane ticket and fly out drive Cts home back in 12 hours time Or do you plan to trade the Sti in at that dealership?? They would likely low-ball him on the trade since he'd have driven 8hrs to do the deal and drove all that way. When I traded the MS3 we agreed on all the numbers ahead of time. Not as easy to do for him given he's noted a few issues including some cosmetic ones that the could bitch about.
