magley64
highlights/lessons learned...eating...good food with good friendslearning the blackbird can become airborne realizing that left turn signals mean absolutely nothing to justin, but right turnsignals make his hand imitate a duck...moose has a loud horn, almost as loud as my stereo corner carving gets more difficult at night.I took off from the SO's house in lorain about quarter to 8 to meet a few friends at a gas station south of lorain, and west of elyria.I leave my turn signal on for about 20 minutes as we head towards kenton, ohio...We met up with the rest of our dysfunctional group about 11:15.The whole group composed of 2 XX's, 2 'Busas, a jixer 600, a cbr 600, a vrod, a suzi cruiser, and a ducati st4.we got severely lost, and never found a castle, but we did find some great roads, and ate at a good restaurant. After I tore off from hoggy's I hit the "avoid highways" button on my gps.It took me up 42 to 545, 18 and 13...(some fun roads) through mansfield into akron.I stopped off and called my cousin who lives in cuyahoga falls.as I arrived at his house, I see him sitting on a ZX12...NO NO NO, not THAT ZX12... a salmon (pink) Kymco 50 CC ZX12It was fun not having to worry about speeding tickets (the kymco top end was 37mph under it's own power...)we were able to peg the little speedometer by my cousin holding the passenger handle on the back of the bird. a couple pics he tookAll in all it was a blast. I even stopped off at the mansfield prison (figured since i didn't get to see a castle i should at least see a big house) Edited May 26, 2009 by magley64
