Everything but pay the bills and bid work. Theyre a general contractor, Im a welder, CDL driver, mechanic, equipment opperator, parts guy, shop guy, babysitter, shoulder to cry on, guy to bitch at, guy that covers for the ones who should be getting bitched at instead, run some smaller projects and best of all teach some of the other higher up guys running the bigger jobs how to do thier job like turn on the computer, send emails, send faxes you know the really hard shit that my 8 year old can do .

So yea pretty much everything , now our hours are dissappearing, perks are gone, matching is gone and Im really not sure how much longer they'll be around.
