Maybe the engine was swapped in from a T-bird Supercoupe? (they were anything BUT super, IMHO.)

my k7 doesnt seem to pull hard at all down low. almost feels like its boosted and needs to spool the turbo. at about 6,000 then it really picks up

Jcroz, at this point it's real simple. If you want to ride with us, you'll have to show proof of insurance and a registration with your name on it that's not done in crayon. If you don't have that, don't be surprised if you see us at a gathering and no one will ride with you. Blatant ignorance is a pet peeve of mine.

where? its been laid down... cause theres a little scrape on the rear left fairing. and there is an exhaust mount on the back peg. what would my VIN say if it was a 600?

ill post more pix when i get home. but i cant post them now cause im at work. i always wonderd why every time i looked up a 750 they didnt have my color scheme.

Somewhere in the VIN it will say:

N7xx for a 600 or

R7xx for a 750

N = 500—599cc

R = 700—749cc

7 = 4 stroke 4 cylinder

xx = the development number in the series

that color scheme wasnt avail for a 750 in 2007. 2008 it was. you have plastics from a 2008 gsxr 750 if im correct. blk/silver wasnt avail for a 600 or 750 in 2007. i could be wrong

that link to the pic i posted was a k6 600. but my frame says a 750. so it laid it down and changed the plastics. the title says k7 750. its not a salvage title.
