The vehicle is clean with no scratches. There is a governor to control the speed if the parent desires. Speeds up to 10 to 15 mph I would guess. There are safety controls so the smaller child just can't start it by themselves. I have seen these advertized for over $1,300. This comes with a $75 helmet approved for this type of operation.
