The bottom section slips over the sissybar and clips via straps to the base of the sissybay mount. The top can either be zipped to the bottom or can be mounted on the handlebar. There are also zip-on straps that make it a back pack for getting to your accomodations. This bag is brand new, never traveled with. I paid $229 for this bag on sale at the Harley dealer about two years ago for a motorcycle that I didn't get to go on. The measurements are as follows:Bottom 18 X 14 X 12Top duffle 18 X 6 X 8More...
