pocar Posted April 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 the headlight is a projector out of a Nissan SUV. I bought some 3in pvc and had the inside turned down by a buddy of mine to fit the projector. when it fit right i then cut a hole in the race upper I bought and got it the level I wanted and glassed in the pvc. after i got the bike painted I glassed in the projector so it wont come out. it was a lot of trial and error. i think it turned out good for the first the Ive ever done like this. the only other fiberglass experience is fixing cracks in the fairing.
