By the way.. from what I have found, they are worth anywhere from $100-$200.

They produced millions of them. It will be harder for you to find ammo then it would be to find another rifle.

I'm not really worried about what's its worth, and I'll probably never fire it. Just want to know what the hell it is for sure. I'll get better pics up as soon as I can.

Nevermind, I'm thinking of one Jerry has in his garage. It was in his house fire.

The Captain is catching up with me. :D

So, why havent I seen this little gem?

I could've sworn you'd seen it before. Hell, for the longest time it was just laying in the garage until I got those shelves and cleaned the garage really good.

I dont recall seeing it. Hell, I'da started hitting it with some 4OT if I had seen it. Cant stand to see a rusty gun without trying to clean it up.

1937-1946 era

Toward the end of production, materials were in short supply.

I don't think it would have been unusual to find a short barrel, or a short stock, etc.

some of the last models were probably dangerous to fire in the first place.
