At this point I'd like to title it and put lights back on so I can have a second street bike. Has anyone done this recently? I know Ohio makes this more difficult in years past and I wonder if it's even possible.Has anyone successfully applied for a title?If not, is my only other option buying a frame with a title and switching everything over?
