Multiple people called 911 to report his reckless riding. Franklin county deputies tried to stop him but he fled at 120mph and rear-ended a car that was exiting from 270N to 161W. Fled the accident on foot but was arrested by Dublin PD. Immediately prior to braking for the car he admitted he was doing 90-100mph. He was hospitalized, then arrested.And two weeks before the accident he was also charged with no license, no endorsemen, bad tags and a healthy handful of driving offenses.
