He pulled out after the first bike because he couldn't stop them either. I would say he tried to cause an accident and therefore tried to injure, and quite possibly kill, the rider at those speeds. RSparky Posted July 23, 2011 Report Share Posted July 23, 2011 he KNEW there were two bikes. he also KNEW that they were going extremely fast. so any cop with a brain (if there is such a thing) would have known that pulling out in front of a speeding rider, (who one can and should is squidly as all hell) is going to cause him to hit you. sure the bike should face charges. for speeding. the cop should retake his how to pull people over class...
