yeah most of the time on my 2 trucks I had to get a big ass prybar out to get them to pop out of the rear yoke.

Actually I like mine and have minimal problems with it. Only replace the u joints cause I left it in four wheel drive and roommate drove it to dayton and back with a trailer and didnt call me to let me know it was acting "funny" now she shakes because the front u joints are shot. I still like my chevy's though will have one again soon I hope

Thats a fun job. Had to do that to my truck. Took me 2 days, used a a grinder and a sledge and mostly 4 letter words. When it popped it sounded like a gun went off.
