TheBrown57
Finished it today! Now I can ride with out worries of my temps getting me in trouble. I am scared at the thought of some of the people in my class are going be on the road. Plan on doing the ARC next year.

jester3681
Congrats! I never got my endorsement. Kind of regret not getting it on the GS500 when I had it.
donkason
Way to go! I never did one of these and after 11 years I might next year. At least those scary riders took the class though. Let's hope everybody stays safe. Sent from my SCH-I510 using Tapatalk
sporttour
Congratulations on completing the course. When instructing an MSF course, quite often I find the 'experienced' riders are far worse than the new or inexperienced riders. Old, bad habits die hard. TheBrown57
I believe I might have had the most experience of the class and it showed as the instructors started having me work on specific things I wasn't doing quiet right. The one guy that worried me the most had a bike already (Harley sportster) and he just didn't seem to listen very well at times. Overheard him telling a guy that didn't have a bike about that if he got a metric and went to a bar he would be out of place and that's what he and his friends did was bar hopping The funniest thing was this guy from the morning class that was being proactive with his oil leaking HarleyHe then proceeded to pour the collected oil back into his bike
RVTPilot
Kudos on doing this! Not enough folks to it, and it shows on the road. Congrats!
sporttour
The ARC is a fun class too. With a small number of instructors and approved sites, the number of classes is limited. as with all Motorcycle Ohio classes, they are a great value. Scruit
So you passed the course - but did you go to the BMV and get the M endorsement added on your license yet? Not official until you have...Enjoy being labelled as "MC NOVICE" for a year!

rollnhot
Congrats Brown, its a good thing you and I never went like 85 or so on I75 or anything like that. You might have got hassled by the man. It was fun riding the little school bikes wasn't it.
Helmutt
Congrats on gettin' legit! I took the Advanced course a few years ago. Total session was about 5 hours. Ride some, sit and learn some, then ride some more. It was a good experience as I picked up some low speed manuevering tactics that I'd never considered before. Still got the insurance break too, so I was basically paid to take it. Win, win and a no brainer decision imo....so be sure to take it, you will surely learn something.I never took the Basic course, I learned the hardway in the dirt as a kid and got my endorsement taking the state tests. Scruit
I did my MSF on a 125cc dirt bike. I could do figure-8s all day long on that thing because I could just shift my weight and counterbalance. Then I got on my Suzuki Volusia and immediately had the turning circle of an Oil Tanker.
