messing with my old thrashed givi windscreen

I had an old givi screen with a cracked corner, and a good amount of scratchs. A friend of mine had it on his bike when he totaled it. So I decided to make my own adjustable lip. No, its not pretty, or clean. But its very functional. It was 45 degrees today, and I did 50 miles very comfortably. I had no idea the wind noise could be this quiet on any motorcycle. Its almost non existent. The engine purring at 5k even became annoying on the highway, because I could hear it!

I went to lowes, purchased a piece of lexan, and some L brackets.

marked my holes and got to drilling. All went smooth, until I got lazy. I didn't pilot drill my second mounting hole. Crap!
