THE SUSPECT IS BELIEVED TO BE DRIVING A GOLD/TAN BUICK CENTURY 4DR WITH LICENSE PLATE FROM THE STATE OF OH (STATUS IS ACTIVE). THE CHILD'S NAME IS OTISE HASKER (STATUS IS MISSING) AGE 17 MOS OLD.
