Everybody calm the fuck down. I just came here to say that. Having been through a divorce...where I consider myself to have kept the moral high ground (and video evidence), this could be a spiteful bitch...or it could be spiteful bitch who....after consulting her attorney, decided it wasn't in her best interest to pursue charges (read: $$$). Either way, none of us were there and we have no idea what really happened. Yeah..been there, done that, had the cops called and stood my ground because I didn't do shit wrong. BUT I also realize there are a lot of folks on here (and everywhere else) that claim to know what the fuck really happened...and you don't know shit. The only thing I think we can safely say is that Zimmerman needs to make better decisions now that he's a media magnet.

But he needs to be sent on remedial driver training, get ACDA and reckless op tickets, be put on probation with the dept (any further driving infraction = bye bye job) Also the police dept should pay for all damages without a moment's pause.

IMHO you're getting to theoretical and tangential about this. You said that it would be reasonable to suspend Zimmy's CHL for a while, based on allegations that he used it in an another altercation. It turns out that there's absolutely no evidence that he had a gun ( I'd bet it was wisely in his locked truck). Now, you would have taken his constitutional right to armed self-defense away based on what appears to be a lying, bitter, to-be-ex-wife, leaving him exposed to the thousands of personal attacks people have made to him. I don't care how any of us feel about Mr. Zim - the fact is that he's still entitled to his right to self-protection and there are clear and present threats to his well-being that more than justify his need for it (not that there even needs to be according to constitutional law, but there you go).

It was a blast keeping up with that scooter on the dragon...I also enjoyed passing it on the gixxer. However, bragging about passing a scooter isn't all that I suppose Scooters rock. If you can't handle a scooter you have other issues.

theres always more to these stories. the guy's tax debt probably got sold to a third party company, and he probably didnt cooperate with them....foreclosing on a house is a long fucking process, they didnt swoop in and take this guys house over night....he was probably uncooperative and not paying the $134 on some principle and now hes crying victim because he lost his house.....thats my guess at least....you dont just lose your home over $135 with no chance to ever correct the situation...it just doesnt work that way....ive seen people whose houses have been in foreclosure for over 100 months and still havent been sold at an auction....he didnt wake up one morning and realize omg theyre taking my house
