Welcome aboard. You'll find more people to ride with here than you will be starting a club, and nobody here calls themselves president or any other stupid title. Everyone's equal on this playing field (except Magz, everyone is above Magz ).

Last year, I ended up sending an email and talking to a guy from Columbus State that was tied into ODPS Motorcycle Ohio. Sometime later, they ended up setting up an ARC class for May or June. I dont have my old smart phone, so I don't recall the exact dates. I just remember it was just before a motorcycle trip to NC in late June. There are almost enough people interested to fill a class.

I'll check back in late April for the specifics.

In order to add a 2nd poll question , you need to have a primary question. The damn thing was autofilling the answers from the 1st poll that was taken. I also added that poll on my phone, which was a bitch and pissed me off.

They should have went for a motorcycle ride instead. It always makes me feel better.

If only Honda's snow blowers were as fun as their motorcycles, we'd be far less grumpy on OR during the winter :-).

BW3 seems like a waste. Dayton has a fairly good bar food scene. Tank's Bar and Grille has awesome burgers and pretty good wings. Southpark Tavern has a great beer selection (tho not as expansive as Kings) and a great wheat crust pizza to boot. Slyders Tavern on Thursday has a Guiseppe burger that is fucking phenomenal.

If the new VFR had gear driven cams it would be perfect.

Its so great to hear that the BRC books up so fast it is kind of disappointing to hear that they didnt have enough riders for the ARC though. With all the idiot drivers there are in Ohio, I cant imagine my skills on a bike ever being so great that I dont feel theres anything more than I can learn.

I got another holster done for my 17 my first holster got misplaced while moving so I've been without my full size carry piece all winter. More feedback would be awesome as well.

Yep. Here we go... Suggestions of clubs seem to not go well in here. There's a lot of poking fun at the idea, and many leave in a huff when their good intentions are met with ridicule and harsher teasing than one should have to endure when approaching under a banner of friendship and brotherhood. We'll post up rides open to others, announce gatherings in far off places, and sit around a campfire, smoking cigars and telling lies. Clubs require something many here lack the interest in involving their time in, though others may be interested. Prepare for an ass raping at the mere suggestion, learn to laugh about it, and give 'em back as much as they give you. Don't stomp off. Just shake it off and join in. Welcome to OhioRiders. perhaps this was covered and I didn't read it, but what tool (if any) do you use to get those pretty uniform twists on the wire?
