If I happen upon another rider and I'm gonna tail him...I'll stagger and look in his mirror and stay where I can see his face in his mirror. That way he knows exactly where I am with a quick glance. If he has to make a quick maneuver for some reason he doesn't have to worry about my position because he knows where I am and if your paying attention you will have plenty of time to react. I just do this in town for the slower stuff. Out on the open road either let them go or pass. Whichever fits the scenario. Never do I join another group. No reason. I just don't.5 points

tuck into their blind spot for about a mile or so and then blast by them on 1 wheel, middle finger in the air, taking a selfie with that stupid grumpy look on that other guys face.4 points

I apologize if I woke any of you from your slumber in Troy. I forgot to put the baffles back in my exhaust from last night. The sheriff when he pulled me over this morning at 0600 said I should apologize to my neighbors. Mission accomplished.2 points

I mostly only wave at other orange bikes, unless it's an odd numbered day, but sometimes if it's the weekend & unless the sun is shining then maybe. Lol But I almost always wave, because, why not? Life too short to be stingy with waves...2 points

Oh fuck, look what I found. Yes, its a FUCKING CDC STUDY ON GUN DEATHS IN THE US. Sorry for all the caps and f' bombs but this is pretty big ownage for our resident asshat. http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/homicide.htm And to answer your question Pokey, 89 per day from cars, 30 per day from guns. When will the insanity of these car deaths end!! We need licensing, and tests and restrictions on these cars. Maybe if we limit the size of the gas tanks they will be less deadly. My work here is done.2 points

I am an Indy native and have been to every GP race in every section... If you are going for the first time I highly suggest that you do GA for Friday and Saturday and buy reserved for the race on Sunday. The top of the stands in the north section of H or top of the stands in the south section of J are the best seats in my opinion. Spend Friday and Saturday wandering around and watch the race in the stands. Why reserved seats you ask/ Simple...they get you access to the track lap and pit pass. If you call the group sales reps directly for the Brickyard they will usually just give you the group ticket prices and you can get the entire package for usually $115-120 for the entire weekend. The track layout has changed slightly for this year mostly are the beginning and ending sections. While you are in Indy be sure to check out Motorcycles on Meridian on Friday and Saturday nights and go the Indy Mile if you've never seen flat track racing. Good times. Good times.2 points

My $.02... Go to the infield. Watch from around Turn 8 where they are running the right hander onto the middle straightaway. The reason for this is if you are a true enthusiast, you can watch them roll to wide open throttle and listen to the riders' TC choices. The bikes can be seen working suspension and everything. The added bonus is that all the riders do their mock starts from the middle straight. Pretty cool. As far as bike parking, if you have a Ducati, you get to park in Ducati only parking and it is UBER easy to get out. The grandstands and areas outside the track are cool for the sound and speed. But you are looking at them in very small sizes. I'm not a huge fan of at the races viewing, but if I am there, I want to see things working and hear the setups each rider uses...Come by and say hey at the Ducati tents...1 point

I will make you a bet that there are more firearms out there in responsible owners hands than all the cars in driveways and everywhere else in the country.1 point

I don't care what the bike looks like. Even if they appear to have not left that seat in the last 50 years. I keep distance. You never know.1 point

Maybe we could have some kind of licensing program where you have to prove proficiency, and pass a test in order to legally drive a car on public roads...1 point

LAME. I have no idea what he ever posted on here or why he was banned, but his writing on TTAC is about 500 levels above 99% of the retarded horseshit I read on here.1 point

I think me staying in CBUS is out now. My friend I was going to hang out with has a bachelor party up in PIB that weekend and won't be around. My hand is a curious one at this point because 2 years ago I broke and dislocated my thumb. For whatever reason my hand would start to go numb after riding long distances but the last 2 times out it's done it within 15 minutes so I don't know what it going on with it-1 points

I hate gun wielding 8 year olds. http://crooksandliars.com/2014/03/ohio-8-year-old-boy-fatally-shot-brother I actually don't dislike guns, I just want gun owners to be responsible because I grew up around weapons and don't remember this level of carnage. My definition of responsible includes fiscal responsibility. If a gun owner's child gets a gun from their parents, then I expect the parents to be financially responsible for the outcome if their child shoots my child, relative or anybody else's child or relative. That is my only argument on this. I believe that the CDC should be able to investigate the impact of gun ownership in the household. Insurance companies already include particular dog breeds in a list of households they will not insure due to the elevated risk. If gun ownership is as safe as everyone on this backwater of the internet seems to think it is, then there will be no statistical reason for the underwriters to be concerned.-1 points

People with pools are already assessed as a higher risk just like teenagers with corvettes, homes with Rottweilers etc etc.-1 points

It's a free country. I didn't think we needed rules for waving on a motorcycle. All that aside, it's been nice out here in NM where everyone waves to everyone; car, truck, bike, etc.-1 points
