  1. I have lived up to one of my life long dreams of being married to a sugar mama. The wife has accepted a full time job at Ohio Health Bing Cancer Center working as a tech in their mobile mammogram unit, as well as other dutys at the center. This means she finally makes more than me, hense she is now my sugar mama

  3. They also attack small groups at a time and overwhelm. Intimidation works wonders... They're beheading children and putting their heads on spikes... Village of 200 mixed men women children vs a large group of ISIS who overrun towns and start killing before people even know they're coming... It's brutal savage genocide and the people of Iraq and Syria are not prepared to defend themselves When al qaeda cuts ties with them because they're too violent, you know there's a problem I'm all for minding our own business politically, but they are going to become a major world threat... This is the first time since 2001 that I feel we need to be involved... Send in 100k ground troops and just fucking slaughter them all and destroy every last bit of their infrastructure

  6. It wasn't our fight until last week when we decided to protect Americans, allies, and innocents. It's a faction fight by proxy between Shiite and Sunni. Sunni countries are quietly funding the action. It isn't in the news unless you like to read offshore and dig deep. They are after Iran. On the way they want the old country of Levant back. That's Israel and/or Palestine, Jordan, and parts of Syria, Lebanon and Egypt. It will never happen, but they can dream.

  8. 1n 1962 Detroit had the highest per capita income in the US. Since 1962 property values have been dropping, and population has been shrinking. The city has refused for decades to make tough decisions to cut budgets and reduce city staff to match the decrese in income and property tax revenue. This is party due to strong union influence. They have been effectively kicking the can down the road, until well you know the rest. Also, 1962 was the last time that Detroit had a Republican Mayor. Just sayin.

  10. Nobody in that country is equipped to fight them. They're better funded, more numbers than most villages, and people are terrified. Even the police force over there are dropping uniform and fleeing... There's not many of them, but the cities there they are overtaking do not have any means to defend themselves.. People in shacks are fighting the most well funded terror organization in the world... It's not a fight they can win without help... It would never fly here, but over there is a lot different

  11. Ok. I've decided that I'm not going to argue this with you for the following reasons 1. OP has already been addressed 2.You won't take the simple steps to understanding the topic so you don't sound like an idiot while discussing it despite being told the exact words to look up. 3. I'm not a physics teacher 4. I actually don't care whether you get it or not

  16. The bigger question is why--once you have left Detroit--would you consider going back? . . . . . . . . Ok, ok, my bad. D is a fine city going thru an extended spell of poor management and fiscal decisions, but still….

  18. I'm not on CR very often anymore, but as doc has mentionned I did a good bit of work to the car when he got it to make sure it was up to the task of daily commuting. We did brake hoses, rotors, front calipers, changed the transmission fluid and filter etc. I have the list of stuff I've put on the car somewhere. I could tell you how good of care doc takes of his cars but there is no sense in telling you all things you already know. For those of you doing some googling this car has an OM617, more specifically an OM617.951 3.0l 5 cylinder engine. It is a great motor that is easy to work on, this car has the updated primer pump already done on it. It has a 722.3 4speed automatic transmission. No overdrive but they are very robust. They take dex/Merc and filter from the dealer is under $25, making them cheap and easy to service and they will last a very long time when serviced regularly. The usual issue with Mercedes diesel sales is the mpg, no it will not do 35-40mpg. Doc has already posted his numbers which are what these cars get. Now if you looked up a 1981 380SE gas car fuel economy, in context 27-30 is pretty phenomenal. They get good fuel economy even by today's standards and how little maintenance they require makes them a good value even today. But if you are expecting a VW TDI, go buy a vw TDI. Parts for these cars are very reasonable, even at the dealer. Online diy support is also easy to find and I can direct you to some owners forums for these cars. If anyone had any questions about the car, or if the new owner needed a little guidance I would be happy to talk with you. I will be at C&C Saturday if you wanted to talk diesel in person. My dad has an 85 300D with the same motor and I've had a few cars with 61X series motors and I've had a couple diesel S classes. I posted this from my iPhone please excuse the grammatical errors.

  19. this is like buying a bigger bike to be a faster rider Whereas a trip to the track would increase speed, familiarity with his existing weapon would make him far more prepared to stop someone than a new gun will.

  21. Crown isn't bad, I use it to make Canadian love (crown and Canada dry). For irish I go with red breast single pot 18 yr ($98). For bourbon it's eagle rare or Woodford reserve. Scotch I like glenmorhange 15 yr or higher. But I'll drink whatever you're buying.
