  1. All new parts installed in less than a hour. New pump sounds strong and bike ran well in the parking lot. Rum and coke time.

  2. Yes, he was fired for violating a protection order (which is a criminal offense). Firing Smith before the the criminal action opens up potential liability for OSU and Meyer for improper termination. Title IX was created to ensure gender equity. It was not created for a governmental institution to control personal actions outside the scope of employment. Let due process take its time. Too many people are too quick to make hasty decisions. There will be lots of currently unknown information coming out in the near future.

  3. This harkens back to the halcion days of OR. Oh how we all miss the good old days of epics threads and running off members for sport.

  4. Well bike acted up again today. Same thing as before. Still did our entire route and got some beautiful pics of Glacier National Park. I'll load them later. New fuel pump, fuel filter and pressure regualator were at the hotel when I checked in. So well be ripping into the old girl again tonight.

  5. That Item was marketed as a Man Pump back in the early 90's. I got one back when my junk was showing signs of wear and tear, slow response. You too eh. I finely gave up and got married at 47 and have been using it for break bleeding ever since. i guess they rebranded it. Man Pump by

  6. If you're riding around in a T-shirt because it's too hot to wear your jacket and you'd like to have a little more protection, then you can have my mesh jacket. This is a Firstgear Mesh Tex jacket. It's all mesh, so it moves a lot of air. Has armor in the elbows and shoulders and a flimsy foam back pad. Has a zip-out windproof (not waterproof) liner so you can wear it when it's cool in the morning and take out the liner when it gets hot later. That's about it for frills, but it's free. It's a size large. I'm 5-11 and 175 and it will fit you better if you're a little bigger than me. I used to have one of these in medium but went to a large just to get a little more sleeve length. It's always been a little loose on me and I think air flows better through a mesh jacket when it's not baggy. It's kind of old and it's red but it's functional, all the zippers and snaps work, etc., and it's free. I'd like to see it go to someone who needs it rather than toss it. Come get it this weekend. You can text me at 614 239 8159.

  8. The best thing about the trs is spacial efficiency. I swear you could fit 3 bikes on a 4x8 with the trs, and it really wouldn’t be that hard. The ‘air space’ straps take up gets in the way of stuff. I have a steel beam across the front of my trailer that i use to widen the tie-down points for straps. That is unnecessary when using the trs. Its even more useful inside an enclosed trailer, if you’re trying to walk through. Bikes can be transported damn-near touching the trailer wall.

  10. Update on the bike: Well today she ran well. Took the pump out last night and disassembled it. Didnt really see anything wrong. Cleaned up the pick up sock and ran the pump for a few seconds out of the bike and reassembled. Dumped all the gas that was in it just to play safe. This morning pushed to the gas station put a couple gallons in it and went on a test flogging and all was well. Decided to stick to our planned route today and 450 miles it ran perfectly no issues. Still have a pump-filter pick up and pressure regulator eroute to tomorrow nights hotel just incase.

  12. Unfortunately, here’s Ohio State’s Title IX definition of domestic violence: From: http://titleix.osu.edu/sidebar-resources/what-is-title-ix/definitions.html It’s also in their sexual misconduct policy: https://hr.osu.edu/wp-content/uploads/policy115.pdf Title IX includes manadatory reporting per OSU's policy: That’s the issue at hand as I understand it. Urban told the media he knew nothing about the allegations until moments before a press conference. Now it’s coming to light he probably knew since his wife definitely did, and he probably didn’t report it. If he did, I sure hope he has a paper trail.

  13. Wasn’t Zach Smith fired because he got into trouble due to violating a protection order his wife/ex had against him? In this case, Urban is in trouble with Title IX. If he knew of allegations against Zach Smith, he must say something. However, as I understand it, the police investigated and didn’t charge him. So now the question becomes if Urban did know, but also knew the police were involved, did he have an obligation to do anything? It still looks bad if he knew but told the media he didn’t. That makes it look like he’s hiding/covering something. Either way, this isn’t sexually abusing children for decades. The Penn State and Michigan fans laughing and comparing this to Penn State on FB is repulsive.

  14. Without criminal charges being filed on Zach Smith, OSU and Meyer would have been sued for improper termination of employment for firing Smith. It`s not wise to hold a head coach responsible for an employee`s actions away from the workplace (and outside the scope of employment).

  16. I agree. While some 3D printer owners may be legitimate responsible gun owners, theres just no way (that comes to mind) how those firearms/ design files can be as easily regulated as a regular gun. Plus even if we could regulate those files, you know someone out there will reverse engineer one and make the design files anyway. Bad all around imo.

  17. I do have an aluminium ramp that would be damn near perfect for that too. It doesn't suit my purpose since it's too short to be useful getting bikes into the bed of my truck.
