Our 27-year old nephew (Erik Haslem) was in a motorcycle accident in Denver a few weeks ago and unfortunately passed away from his injuries. His funeral was in Mason on Friday. As the funeral procession went over the highway overpass on the way to the cemetery, a rider was parked on the side of the bridge. Helmet off, his head bowed. It was a solemn, respectful, and very touching moment. I'd like to thank that anonymous rider and those who organized it. It was noticed, and meant a lot to the friends and family.

Good thing is, I don't have to sell. If someone is looking for one, mine is nicely modded, last year of the fz1, and in showroom condition. I have got a couple decent offers, but I'm sticking to at/near asking price.

I think they are awesome bikes as well. I only gave MaxPower shit because he had just sold his and it seemed like he regretted that decision in his post lol.

Riding won't be as much fun without you but I understand the time away from riding after what you've been through. More Squidly fun.

Very nice...FZ1's don't get the love they should. Solid bikes, fast, but comfortable enough for some touring.
