Green Day has sucked since about 2003ish

The Wing is the first bike I have owned that needs valve adjustments. I will give @Pauly Starbucks to do it.

Jim: Not as comfy as vented gear obviously, but the Klim jacket/pants have both front and rear vents that give you pretty good flow-thru ventiliation when moving. Jacket is well-vented, but I did resort to the use of a cooling towel around my neck when riding across TX. Even at 90+ MPH, it was like riding into a blast furnace. When touring, I carry a set of thermal liners for top/bottom and typically use 'em if I'm gonna be putting in many hours in the saddle at temps under 45-50. As Tim noted, the jacket is not quite as well lined as some other high end gear, but that also makes it more tolerable in hot conditions. Prior to picking up the Klim suit, I had an Aerostich Roadcrafter onesie that was both hotter and less comfortable. Wore it for several years but never came to love it the way some folks talk about it being the gold standard of touring gear. Whenever I stopped, I always wanted out of the 'Stich ASAP, whereas I wore the Klim pants full-time on my trips.

The Buell was somehow sold to a nice local kid to me. He wrecked it on his first group ride. There was a second wreck within a mile of his wreck on the same ride. In fact the Buell wreck had two people go down on the same curve. There was carnage everywhere that day. The kid on the Buell dislocated his hip but was otherwise okay. The other two guys didn't get hurt. This was one of the events, stacked up with other similar events and culminating with my nephews wreck that stopped me from doing group rides with unfamiliar people.

New exhaust on the way for the R1. Found a smokin' deal on a Hindle 3/4 system plus the servo buddy and block off plates needed. Might even get a free windscreen. Yay Ebay.

Get a Goldwing and some signed Wu Tang stuff and you will be. Heck, get Wu Tang to sign your Wing and you will be cooler than I am.
