More fear and a way to distract New Yorkers from the bed bug infestation they have like a lot of places. This is hardly news worthy. Anyone who took biology knows that there is microscopic bug and things on and in everything you eat, drink and touch. Must have been slow day at the Fox Science desk.

Prayers sent bud. Hopefully she uses the attitude you described to pull through.

I ride with tunes most of the time. iPod with Skullcandy Asym earbuds. Good earbuds to listen to tunes and still be able to hear what is going on around you. IMO.

Flip flops? No lid? Fucking idiot.
+1. That flip flop got some air.

True story.... The only thing Indy has going for itself is that there is already a gp on the west coast an Indy covers the east and Midwest. If indy get their act together in 2011 I doubt that the Austin track will compete With the Indy market. With that said Indy brought a great show downtown and did a great job commodity wise this year. But the track still SUCKS!!! And I'm not talking about the layout, I'm talking about the conditions. There are three different types of asphult around the place so it has to be a pain to setup suspension and grab the right tires. Not only that it has bumps in turn six and in the entrance to turn ten that could kill a donkey!!! If Indy fixes those problems I don see them moving anywhere, unless the motogp organizers decide to only have one usgp then both laguna and Indy will definetelly be thrown out the window and Austin is in.
I could not believe the bumps this year. I don't recall them being that bad the past few years. They were definitely the cause for a chuck of the offs during the weekend. I hope they put the money into to the track and bring it up to par.

MotoGP has only been in Indy for three years now. LOL
And HELL YEAH!!!! I'll definitely ride to Austin for the first year if they actually do it there. From the sounds of it though, it's almost a sure thing. This is going to be a world class race track, and one of the consultants is a former MotoGP official. Yay!
I went to the first 4 years F1 was at Indy.

That track is going to be sweet when it's built. I can't wait for Formula1 in the U.S.
+1. I went to the first 4 years at Indy. For it being a Tilke designed track, which have been less than impressive for the most part, it looks like they finally put a great layout together. I'm in for a OR group ride for 2012.

What they hell is the reason to hack games and use cheats? I have never understood this mentality. If you can beat the game then practice more, same goes for online. I've been playing games since. Been playing since Pong was the shit and this just makes me scratch my head. I guess I'm out of touch with the new generation.

I came close to getting a squirrel in Indy on Sunday morning. Looked to my left to check for cars prior to lane change, when I look back in my lane there is a squirrel doing his best John Belushi impression, on the steps going into the deans office, about 5 feet in front of. I thought I had him but I just missed according to my buddy I was ridding with. I laughed the rest of the way to the track with vision of those beady eyes all bugged out and dancing back and forth.

Great pics. IMO this was the best of the first 3 years in all aspects. The racing was outstanding. I really enjoyed the Moto2 class, albeit they had some of them trying to win the race in turn 2.
What really surprised me was how Indianapolis turned up the level of support. Motorcycles on Meridian was great on Friday night but Saturday was unlike anything I had seen before. 7 city blocks lined on both sides and down the middle, all secondary side streets were the same for a block in each direction of Meridian. The circle at the center of town was lined on the inside and outside, as well as the streets that feed into the circle. Most of the bars had no cover charge for the first time.
I was glad to hear th contract was extended for next year after the race was over. I was reading that there was a chance that this was the last year during breakfast. Same weekend and already blocked off on the calendar.

saw it happen right in front of me. sad, sad day. RIP little dude
We are in SW Vista Section 18 Last row. This happened about 45 min. before we got to the track. I'm glad we were late and didn't see it happen. A gentleman next to us told us about it. Turns out we passed his ambulance on the way to the track. They must have known there was nothing they could do since they didn't Life Flight him. Truely a sad day. RIP Pete.

I have a Caberg Gara. It has the built in visor as well and I love it for that reason. I bought it at IP on clearance 3 years ago. Unfortunately Caberg quit shipping to the US a few months after I bought it. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

A few more to add to the good list and 1 to the bad
Good:
Clapton - 2 or the last 3 times in Columbus
Peter Gabriel
Beastie Boys - License to Ill tour ( tour where they were banned in just about every city they played in. Fishbone opened. Outstanding show that was completely over the top.)
Bad:
Gun's n' Roses at Nationwide (Axel did his typical BS and didn't take the stage until 11:15. He and the band sounded like shit. Most of the crowd had left.)

The best show that I have ever seen was the Scorpions in about 1988 at the Toledo Sports Arena.
I was at that show. Kingdom Come opened for them. I was working on a job in Mansfield and drove back to Toledo to see the show and then back to Mansfield. Just about killed myself falling asleep driving back, Should have stayed at my apartment. I think this was a week after Def Leppard and Queensryche or vise verse.

So many good concerts to choose from but one very bad one due to my GF in HS.
The worst concert would be Bryan Adams with Survivor as the opening act at the Toledo Sports Arena '85 or '86.
Best Concert(s)
- Pink Floyd @ The Place of Auburn Hills '88 or '89
- Tool @ The Schott '01
- Fates Warning, Dream Theather, Queensryche @ the LC '07
- King Crimson @ Pine Knob '83
- Tangerine Dream @ Pine Knob ' 84

Seriously, this is fucked up.
There should be crowds with pitch forks and torches marching on the Big 10 HQ building. No other conference with multiple divisions has split rivalry teams like this. I hope to hell this is another case of bad reporting.

I'm interested as well.

Great song. Love Gnarles Barkley.

I'm riding over from Zanesville area Friday morning. Not sure if I can get out of the house that early, though. What route will you take down to 70?
We go out 33 to 4 to 334 to 68 to 70.

The exhaust color on my Sprint has always been a light brown / tan. It's much more noticeable since I switched out the stock exhaust with the D&D. Both sets of pipes had the expected black carbon in the pipes with the tips being the brown color. Did you change your tune at all before the trip?
