i really like my 1125cr with the high bars. it turns in very easily, holds its line almost as well as the duc or the aprilia, and is so very comfortable. plenty of power, good braking feel, excellent suspension (easily as good as the ape or duc, both with full ohlins) and did i mention it is so fucking comfortable?

oh ya, i forgot about your tires! i'm not even sure how long the other ride's going to be but i'm sure it'll be pretty close to last time, so if you dont think the tires will make it, your route sounds perfect. i dont think i've been on half those roads... 666 especially. is that a good road?

if anyone is interested, a few people are meeting at the DQ/marathon in Bolivar (exit 93 off of 77) at 9:30 and rolling out at 9:45 we're going SE from there and will probably be back at bolivar around 3ish?

i think STG sells a knox vest thing which is their best back protector and best chest protector. i'd say it well worth the money. i've crash tested my knox contour race three times. not even a bruise on my back.

if you're serious about giving them up, you should put some details about them. breed (pics would help), age, training (house broken? obedience?), health (shots, vaccinations, pre-existing conditions) and others. i think if i was alone, i'd have a tough time taking care of my dog. thankfully (well, not really), my gf's been unemployed for the last few months when we got the dog, so he's had someone around to play with him and make sure he's not getting into trouble. having a dog is stressful. i never thought i'd be so happy to watch something poop until i had a dog. damn dog wouldn't poop in the yard but after a week or so of adjusting from the pound to living in my little shanty, he started letting loose. i almost came. and that's when i knew i had a problem.

welcome to the forum! some of those condos in downtown are VERY nice, and right about now can be had for very little money (comparatively) whether you rent or buy. hope you have fun. there are a ton of places to go in downtown (bars, clubs, other entertainment) as well as a very nice assortment of excellent restaurants. if you get your bike up here in time, and we get a couple more nice days like this past weekend, i'm sure there will be a ride somewhere.

i'm going to get the iphone, turn on the gerbil app and cram it in my ass. haw haw wait, what? oh and i messed around the with droid the other day. it was quick, pretty intuitive (definitely need to be customized to your needs... but that's any "smart" phone). the only thing i don't like about it is that I thought youtube would look better especially considering it's the freaking google OS with google vid/youtube. the keyboard is definitely good. plenty of memory, and very capable in general. i'll wait a few months for the inevitable huge price drop and decide then whether i want to upgrade my phone or not.
