Oh please, corporate America is bad. If this guy had been successful with out Monster being there first and had risen to the level of their success he would be going after them with a cease and desist order. You protect yourself in the business world or you don't last long, using your money the right way gives you staying power. Monster will lose the case if it would be decided on its merits but that isn't going to happen. If it's a viable product with a good value, change the name move on and make some money. If I wanted to brew OHMonster he would be all over me.

Reasons why GSXRNurse should let me get new wheels
Uncle Punk replied to shittygsxr's topic in Dumpster
Because they will make you more sexy and attractive to the opposite sex. -
I might have established that I'm conservative and yet I have the same take on people displaying that flag as you do, dumb assholes. However I have this opinion for entirely different reasons. I find it somewhat admirable that the people involved took it upon themselves to push back against the government. I understand your take on it being an act of treason since that is factual by some standards. Our founding fathers expected us to have a revolution when the government gets out of hand. Our own revolutionary war was an act of treason also but I'm happy with the results of that act of treason. I can only think loser when I see someone displaying that flag. I cannot understand why people would want to fly a flag of a losing side. Proud to be a loser? I just don’t get it. Now I would understand if the southern states had been successful the northern states still flying their flag. It had a history, had been successful in establishing its own country with a rich past and legacy. The southern states and their sympathizers never established anything to be proud of except to display idea of independence with a poor outcome.

The dealer network was dictated by the market. Harley dealers didn't like discounting the products they were carrying to compete at the price point their competitors were at. At the time they were selling everything they had for real profits and Buell to them was a nuisance so they were allowed to not carry the brand. Now that the market has shifted they are focusing on what makes them money. I think it's sad because they were getting closer to where I might have considered buying one.

You can run from the chopper, but you can't hide from QuikZX9R

I think I missed the part where we determined that being fast excluded you from being a dickhead. I've said this before even if he is faster than all of us he still acted like a little baby. If I would happen to be faster than someone I certainly wouldn't be going around calling them a poser, just as I wouldn't accept being called one just because someone is faster than me. -
Trying to sport drive your SS you will find that the brakes are the weak link. (Besides it weighs soo much.) Stock pads are about $175 for the front pads and they suck if you need to stop hard three times in a row. If you are going to mod it start with the brakes. I added about 60 HP at the crank which is fun but not a practical as good brakes would have been. At least you can tow 6,600 lbs.

I have the pit-bull trailer restraints mounted in my trailer. I have had spools on the bikes I've used them on and haven't had an issue with them getting in the way if mounted in front of the axle. If for some strange reason you couldn't get around the spools this could be a way around it. http://www.gillestooling.com/en/produkte/kts/index.php I love them for making track gear changes.

I love 1911’s; I understand them, am comfortable with them since they were my duty weapon. I do not own one currently but would like to have one. That single action trigger can't be matched. With most guns after you work out its issues they become very reliable for a long time. This is why I don't have an issue with the less expensive guns once their issues are worked out they are just as reliable as an expensive one. (In most cases they don't need work.) I have a M9 that I would like to say is my favorite handgun but I can't because with me pulling the trigger my G34 shoots way better.

PIRELLI Diablo Supersport Street Tire PACKAGE DEAL
Uncle Punk replied to Bad324's topic in Daily Ride
Don't we have sponsors on this forum who sell tires? Why are we posting for competitors for free? -
I have yet to find a gun only forum that isn't too heavily modded for my taste. I go to them to find information about current events that interest me or information about my next purchase. I have yet to find one that will allow open free discussion about any topic and there is a whole lot of stupid in them just like most forums. I suggest finding a forum with no rules that has at least one of your interests as its main theme. The chances are pretty good that the majority of people participating in such a forum have guns as an interest so you can find excellent information on both sides of an issue without the mod filter. Beware in such a forum nothing stays on topic. I really like this forum and can accept the rules and the amount of modding that takes place this is why I participate here. There are more open places with less rules and moderators. The manufacturer being proud of their product is not the only reason they mark it with the country of origin it's also because they have to in order to sell outside of their country.

My next phone will be the HCT touch Pro2. I don't need this phone but I want it. Five row keyboard, MS mobile and a screen size that makes browsing useful. I know three people who have them and so far they are in love with them.

I would be on this no problem except I have a wedding to go to around Mohican Saturday. Isn't face value around $70? That's not a huge markup. Can't you have them exchanged for a ticket that doesn't require a student I.D. for something like $20?

Yes, I know all about what happened to him. I was hoping to get to him before he got to the point of that happening but before the next ride down south I got a call from him telling me what happened before his legal problems started. Just like yamablaster024 he also has a lot of talent but has chosen to ride with the local stunters who do not chose wisely what they do or where. I enjoy watching the guys stunt and wish I could do it but even if I could I would like to think I wouldn't do if on purpose to antagonize the police. Don't poke the bear or you're gonna get bit.

I think Honda East is doing them for $7,250 no prep or freight.

For you guys who don't know yamablaster024 is the bike filming in the video. Justin you have ridden with him twice this year, first time on the fun run & then on the poser ride when you were filmed at Wendy's.

Do you need your website hosted? Looking for something cheaper?
Uncle Punk replied to Casper's topic in Dumpster
I know nothing about serving or hosting, I just want something that works. My brother and I have a small side business that we sell this little product through. We accept credit cards but that option is currently not working. It's not a huge deal because the web site is a very small portion of the business. We have two new products coming out shortly and need to have these added to our site plus we are also looking for an alternate credit host because the fees we are currently paying are just stupid. We did this site several years ago and haven't updated or changed it and we are thinking it could use some updating when we add the new products. Your pricing is in line currently with what we are paying for hosting. I would have no clue how to change things over. The site was more of a whim to see if we could have one associated with the product. You can count us a one especially if you can help with web design. http://www.punkparts.com/ -
The bike I was using is going to be auctioned off this week so more riding looks doubtful. The sheriff incident is over no teasing. The OSP incident is still under investigation.

Sorry I can't help there I bought them trackside from a vendor that weekend.

Yes, the picture is from the races last year. No, I will not be going to Nashville; I wrecked my track bike in May and haven't had the funds to put it back together this year. If work stays steady this winter I will try to do some track days next year.
