Justin needs to realize that no one here likes him including management. This is a conservative board and if your views are different from ours we don't want to hear them so you can go discuss your liberal agenda in R&R by yourself.

My family was poor when I was young and my mother used layaway often. My father worked two jobs and finally worked his way into a job that paid him well enough to only have one job. He would have been pissed of if someone would have tried to pay his way for him. Times have changed I guess and holidays are for giving things that aren't necessary to people so you can make a difference when everyone is looking. Our families give to various charities and don't seek recognition for it. This is just another stupid story being used by a news organization to get holiday people directed toward their advertisers. I miss timed getting into the area in 2005 and ended up on the Gap at dusk on my way to Robbinsville. A bear crosses the road right in front of me so I check up but I am fixated on it so I don't have an idea about what else is going on around me. The bear is scared by the screaming I4 so he charges head first into the rock face on the other side of the road. With no place to go it turns around and crosses back across the road to get the hell out of the area back down the hill to only miss me by inches. I never hit my brakes because I was watching it and didn't expect to see it cross my path again. I might have gotten real interesting if I would have hit it.

That's not the problem; you just get some passing practice. I don't care for all the LE presence with the stupid new speed limit. 30 MPH is stupid for a highway that should be 55 MPH at minimum. Our issue is most of our roads are dirty and not as safe because we have side roads intersecting them or driveways leading into them.

I'm not clear at what you are trying to get at. Is Ron Paul a Republican or a Libertarian? If he's a Republican then he's apparently not a very good one or his numbers would be better. If he's a Libertarian why is he running for the Republican nomination? Could he be just another politician who can't be trusted by flip-flopping around to suit his own needs and he's just muddying up the waters in the Republican debates. Will he run as a Libertarian after he doesn’t get the Republican nomination? After he has used the process to get exposure, seems a little underhanded and typical for a politician. By pushing a Republican candidate for president you appear to a Republican if not you should be touting your Libertarian candidate.

You are absolutely correct that the government didn't create credit default swaps. They did however create an environment that forced the banks into creating them. When you force the institutions to risk their money at threat of losing their license to be a financial institution the banks will find a way to pass that risk along to others. Technically the government didn't create the vehicle that caused the crash they did build the road that it ran on.

Ohio has little to do with who gets the nomination. You do need to be registered to the party to vote in the primary. By the time Ohio gets to vote most likely it will be a done deal. We are the last of three states to vote and it's a foregone conclusion by that point. Oh yeah, it won't be Ron Paul for the "R" nominee either.

There is absolutely no reason to get a full system on the new R1s. The 3/4 system would be the way to go if it were me. This is not true in most cases but I have held a stock R1 header in my hands along with an Akrapovic header and can find zero weight gain and with the package it needs to fit into I cannot see any gains in flow over stock. Go ahead and make the full system change if you feel it's needed but weigh both headers before you install the new one and I'm willing to bet you post back in this thread that you feel you wasted your money. I would do a full system on the Kawasaki and the Honda though. (Don't know about the Suzuki to give an opinion.) I would at least get a set of slip-ons put on to get rid of the ass burn the stock mufflers give out.
