I've got a 98-06 (originally off an 04) Katana seat available. I bought an extra to recover, never got around to it before I wrecked. Only catch is there is some writing in paint(?) on the passenger seat. Fabric is PERFECT, no holes or tears. $35 local pickup, you want it shipped we'll talk.

They're just overpriced toys period. You don't buy bikes like that to carve canyons, you buy bikes like that because you're someone like Jay Leno who just likes to cruise stick straight roads and they look nice in his garage.

Based on my research, a set of GSXR forks will bolt right onto this thing. Katriders.com has all the details. You can find gixxer forks much easier (and cheaper, I think) than the Katana's. Now that I have the CBR, I just don't have the cash to dump into two projects. Like I said, you've got a few days to make up your mind.
