It was sad to see Marquez run blocker again the whole race and not put a single move on Lorrnzo for the lead. Thought there was a glimmer of hope for Rossi with 2 to go when Pedroza caught the leaders. Only for Marquez to get aggressive with him. Rossi did what he could is what is is I guess.

If Marquez continues on his current childish path he'll lay back to Lorenzo's benefit making Rossi's task that much more difficult. I don't think he'd be stupid to actually slow up and get in Rossi's way again, but he doesn't have to at this point he can graciously let Lorenzo through and just sit there and still have an effect on the big picture. I think Rossi could get to 5th or 6th depending on the pace of the Ducati's this weekend but anything beyond that is going to be a stretch. I'm not a Lorenzo fan, but the kid does deserve some credit. He's been riding like a man possessed the 2nd half of the season. My only issue is without the implied intervention of Marquez it wouldn't have been enough for him to win the championship.

I really want that to happen..unless his appeal is heard and approved I'm not sure he can do it starting from the back. I'll be watching...from somewhere in mexcio

I love dirt in my tint...can you find someone that can paint the fender of my car in the drive too while they tint the car...and while I mow my lawn at the same time.

it's funny 'cause it's true. They both have the attitude of a 2nd grader. -

Thank goodness Nico actually won this week so that he can be happy for once, he's had quite a poor attitude about getting his ass handed to him as of late. -
Came here to post a funny comment only to read this, which cannot be topped in my opinion.

Oddly enough, still no Subpoena in the mailbox last night.

Roots style or Centrifugal ? sorry...couldn't resist.

Phew. Good thing mine is an 04 not an 03 I feel like I've seen these tail lights you describe and the really caught my attention but I can't remember what the heck they were on

I worried about this from day 1. Nobody is allowed or willing to tell me. He was on his parents policy so I hope they have sufficient coverage. He hit two other vehicles in the accident but damages on those were much less

Used but great condition JL Audio 10w0 sub. Specs here: 10" 4-ohm subwoofer polypropylene cone with foam surround power range: 100-300 watts RMS peak power handling: 600 watts frequency response: 25-250 Hz sensitivity: 84.07 dB top-mount depth: 4-15/16" sealed box volume: 0.65 cubic feet ported box volume: 1.125 cubic feet Ran this in my Audi in the appropriate size ported box with not a lot of power and it performed really well. Always careful to set my amp gains with a multi meter in order to make sure I'm not sending clipped signals to the sub. Can play for you prior to purchase if you'd like. Pictures tomorrow. $40 firm

Come to think of it...I'm pretty sure this accident must have caused her cancer 6 years ago and man was that pain and suffering :-) Seriously though, I thank everyone for their input here it's very much appreciated.

Per the court documents the subpoena's were issued late morning yesterday. I'm assuming (maybe wrongfully so) that there's going to be one waiting in the mail when we get home today. He was charged with failure to control and possibly unsafe lane change. I'd have to look back at the police report to confirm the second charge. To be clear we have no intention of pursuing a Person Injury claim. Dragging this out, fighting fault, causing us stress and possibly requiring us to move our anniversary trip at the cost of $XXXX to us is what's really beginning to piss us off about the whole situation.
-
So this brings up a good question. I have a lawyer friend that I consulted immediately after the accident but without personal injury I didn't feel the need to consult him any further. The fact that he's out of town makes things a little more difficult. Is it popular opinion that I need to actively seek council? P. S. No nationwide. Great place to work. Not the right fit for me as an insurer.
-
correct. I very much care that this individual is still found to be at fault. Hopefully we get the subpoena soon and can ask them to move the date based on our already planned vacation. If not sounds like I need to change my plans Way to ruin not only my car but my anniversary trip too.

Hoping someone can shed some insight on this process a little bit. The individual that hit Yasmin last week and that was cited for the accident has decided to fight being charged as at fault in the accident. As such the claims process has come to a fault until a final decision has been made. That's not really the concern. He appeared in court last week and plead not guilty. Today it looks like a trial date was set for the next hearing. Is there a likelihood that Yasmin will be called into court as a witness to give her statement, or will the court just use the police report for the accident to review the case? I ask because we have a trip planned to be in Mexico during the court date and need to know ASAP if I need to change my vacation plans. Thoughts? Anyone been through a similar situation? Thanks, Andy

Looking good!

Yes. I'm longtime good friends with his son. Been down there many times.

Our friends place down there lost their palapa last night but otherwise sounds like they are safe and without too much damage.

My boss said he saw it in UA on Tuesday. Asked me if they were released yet.

Generally speaking, natural based wax is beautiful looking but not very durable at all. I'm a little shocked that you would need anything other than the alcohol mix mentioned above by Ryan to remove it. Collinite is on of the brands that comes to mind that might be the exception to the norm but it's still going to be pretty easy to remove via chemicals let along abrasives When you say you've used polishes...you're using them with a polisher and not by hand? Not that it would make THAT much difference if the goal was just to remove wax but curious. Is it possible that the surface actually IS bare now and you're just getting beading from surface tension from polishing or the polishing oils in the polishes you've used?

no video... shame cause the session before I passed a 918. I have 2 go-pro's in my possession right now and both of them managed to be dead on Sunday.
