Ohio's restoration of rights statue has been modified so that it finally meets federal requirements so that people whose rights have been restored in Ohio are no longer under a federal firearms disability. In addition, another change relieves people with non-felony drug convictions from firearm disabilities under Ohio law. Persons with a minor misdemeanor drug charge, but no felonies or criminal record, are now permitted to own guns, but still are not eligible for an Ohio concealed handgun license. (They may still obtain and fully use other states' concealed carry licenses, so long as that state does not impose a drug conviction disqualifier.)

i would agree with this if it was intentional. im sure the girl didnt realize the police would get involved. its not like she called 911 and reported a fake murder

it was a prank text. not really that big of a deal. if i was the cop, soon as i found out it was a prank i would have pranked her back....show up in uniform, question her, tell her a body has been recovered and was severely mutilated, say whoever did it is going down for murder 1...let her sweat it a few days....then tell her it was a prank i dont think an "ass whooping" is called for....im sure you made your share of prank calls growing up (and if you didnt, youre the minority....no pun intended...you know, since youre black and stuff )

all it takes is one extended shootout to make the sounds from that video....i dont think its unreasonable to believe that that sort of thing happens here....hell, there are gang shootouts like that all over the US, probably more than you realize not to say it wasnt celebratory, but if it came out that it wasnt, i wouldnt be shocked

i hate that everything has built in mics and cameras now....my laptop has a built in camera, but i have it covered with electrical tape "just in case"...cant do much about the microphone thats built in though

my gf has a netbook.....what an awful piece of junk....worst invention ever....rather get a real laptop or even a tablet....her netbook runs slower than my phone! tablets and laptops can do everything better, and cost about the same for low end ones

make sure you wants a laptop that large.....i had a 17" dell studio and hated lugging that thing around....heavy, bulky, pain in the ass....theres a noticeable difference between a 15" and a 17"...i would definitely go handle one in the store before buying

my dells have all been good running, but physically all fell apart in no time at all....i wont ever own another just replaced my dell studio with a samsung series 7 and this thing is amazing....from when i hit the power button until im fully logged in and booted up is about 30 seconds or less...it weighs almost nothing, 15.6" screen.....best laptop ive ever owned

those 3v are not known for blowing plugs out....youre thinking of the 2v.....early 3v had a problem with plugs breaking off while changing them, but not just breaking for no reason
