  1. Do yourself a favor and pull the license plate light and the two, 5 watt bulbs next to the headlight. It saves something like 1.1 amps, which actually makes a difference when the relay shuts off 1 phase of the stator.
  2. Congrats. Does is have the supplemental wiring harness/stator fix installed?
  3. Not sure if it's different for a dirtbike, but for a street bike it isn't even worth trying.
  4. I heard 99% were out halfway through round 1.
  5. I read there will be no funeral held. Wonder why...
  6. Never ridden a Multi. Is buffeting a common complaint? Ever thought of trying the Laminar Lip? It made a big difference on my XB9S.
  7. yeah...I'd rather slam my fingers in a car door than work in a union. You have a lot of options with your degree and title of Project Manager (my background is similar). Lots of HR/Payroll/Healthcare companies use PM's when they sell their services to new businesses.
  8. Who said that? Who the fuck said that? Who's the slimy little communist shit, twinkle-toed cocksucker down here who just signed his own death warrant? Nobody, huh? The fairy fucking godmother said it. Out-fucking-standing!
  9. I think you are smoking some good shit. No Fred wasn't a murderer like Bin Laden, but both were responsible for others committing hateful acts in the name of religion. Seriously, life is full of consequences when you act like a douchebag. I don't see why this should be an exception. The "kill them with kindness" idea is noble...and also ineffective.
  10. I understand what you are saying...don't sink to their level, high road...yada, yada, yada. That might make sense in a Disney movie, but in the real world that is just enabling them to comfortably continue, believing their own bullshit. Perhaps Seal Team 6 should have just give Bin Laden a much needed hug, too...right? You can't reason with crazy.
  11. Protesting his funeral may give some needed perspective to WBC members who have been enabling/supporting/believing his bullshit for all these years.
  12. There is something to be said for riding a 650 to the absolute limit
  13. ^^ Yep, Dave can hang with the fast guys just fine.
  14. I have a similar degree and have been a PM for about 15 years. The kind of projects I lead are software implementations for companies in the 5-20k employee range. We implement HR and Payroll software. What payroll package do you use, and who is your healthcare provider? Those companies use PMs to implement their software when a new business signs on as a client. They like people who already have hands on experience with their products. A PMP is a plus when trying to land those kind of gigs.
  15. My group tends to ride fast, but only in corners. We typically don't give a shit about going fast in a straight line. I can't say that I've never broken 100mph on the street, but it's not part of the normal pace.
  16. If you drive that much, leasing would only make sense if you are certain you would buy it after the lease is up.
  17. If your income is on the verge of becoming higher. You could find nice relatively inexpensive 2 year lease, then upgrade to something you really want next.
  18. I sealed the shit out of mine and still had mold/mildew. The upkeep on a stall with smooth walls is soooo much easier than tile with hundreds of corners, edges, and grout lines. Maybe you can order a stall with a custom drain location?? To move a drain you need to cut a channel with saw with a concrete blade, the chip it out with a hammer & chisel. Refill with concrete when you're done.
  19. I tiled my basement shower in my old house. My advice is don't do it. It looked great, but it was a maintenance nightmare. You can use the best grout, seal it over and over, and you're still going to get some mold/mildew in the grout lines. I used some fancy swimming pool grout, meant for tile under/above the water line and still had problems. I stopped uising that shower because I was sick of cleaning grout. If the drain location is the problem, move it. It's not that difficult. Drop in an nice 48" shower stall and be done with it Edit: http://www.johnbridge.com/articles/showers/tile-showers/
