  1. 33 East from Elkins into the mountains to WV220 into VA, then 250 back into WV is absolutely incredible. It should be on every rider's bucket list.
  2. So are you calling me a liar? Because that is exactly how it happened. I know others who had the exact same experience...so did my LL attorney. Are you saying that manufacturers are in a big hurry to give money back to you
  3. Anyone know a contractor who builds/finishes bathrooms? Someone who is reliable would be a bonus.
  4. How many miles/days are you willing to ride
  5. It's refreshing to see someone so willing to speak their mind. In your life there will be plenty of times when you'll "want a bitch to mind her own fucking business." But will you be honest with yourself & with the bitch and tell her to mind her own fucking business???
  6. We only have the choice between a giant douche and a turd sandwich. We have federal leaders that rather than listen to citizens they impose their will on citizens. We have a federal government that has more power than was intended by the founding fathers and a people without leaders that ACTUALLY represent them. This is how it should be: This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it. -- Abraham Lincoln
  7. We no longer have a functioning democracy.
  8. LL cases are with the manufacturer not the dealership. Manufacturers are no strangers to LL cases. In my experience, you aren't going to 'rattle' them with a letter from an attorney. Expect the manufacturer to drag out the case as long as possible. They are hoping you will sell it, trade it in, crash it, let it get repossessed, lose interest...basically anything that would prevent the LL case from moving forward. Expect long delays, sometimes months between communication. The manufacturer has their own legal team that already knows if the claim is legitimate. If you haven't already gone away...they'll offer you a lowball settlement to try to avoid going to court. Don't accept their first settlement...be patient and make counter offers.
  9. No and no. Is this for a motorcycle? Does the lemon law in AZ for sure apply to motorcycles? It doesn't in all states. I had to lemon law a motorcycle. I got a lawyer. The moco dragged it out for over a year. By the time it was over my bike was finally fixed. I was awarded a cash settlement for time out of service and even kept the bike
  10. I think home prices bottomed out for growing, desirable areas. For urban areas that were hit hard with foreclosures it's really hard to say.
  11. Agreed. Penalties should be doubled when committed by a LEO.
  12. I just posted my Gladius 650. Price might be higher than he wants, but it comes with hardbags which could fetch a decent price on fleabay.

    536

Trucks driving on 536 will for sure drag gravel onto the road surface. 536 is too narrow and too curvy for trucks to completely stay in their lane.
  14. ***Sold*** 2009 Suzuki Galdius 15.5k. Never dropped, not even a little. Runs absolutely 100% perfect. $4,400. Here's my way too long description... I bought this bike new with zero miles in Oct 2011. Prior to that, it was used a Hepco Becker demo bike at bike shows. It comes with just about every Hepco Becker accessory available. If you don't know HB, they make luggage and accessories including some of the OEM stuff for BMW, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Buell, etc. I usually leave my bikes stock, but this one needed some love (all mods are reversible and I still have all stock takeoffs). The Gladius motor is even better than the already excellent SV650 mill. The frame is stiff and flickable. The weak point of the Gladius is without a doubt the crappy stock suspension. It was fine for a 7/10ths pace. Anything faster and it would wallow and complain enough to make you slow down. I swapped the rear pogo stick for a 4 way adjustable 07 GSXR600 shock (direct bolt on, common Gladius mod). I also added Ricor Intiminators to the forks. This is how Suzuki should have made it in the first place. It handles fantastic and will hang with sportbikes in the twisties. The stock exhaust was just too ugly & too heavy to be allowed to live. I replaced it with an Arrow street pipe. It sounds good, and not much louder than stock. Gladius have a CAT that maintains the back pressure so there's no need to remap unless you remove the CAT. There's no backfiring or popping on decel. I replaced the gawdawful mudflap with a Targa Fender eliminator. The stock bars were too high and too narrow for serious sporty riding. I replaced with a set of superbike bars. It's a great mix of sport and comfort. It's setup for weekend corner carving, commuting, sport touring, and would even do nicely at track days (I would upgrade the front brake lines to steel braided before I put it on a track though). It comes with over $2,000 in aftermarket parts. I still have all the stock take offs. The 15k service was just done by DucRx...valve check (all within spec), new chain, new spark plugs (2 per cyl), air filter, and coolant changed. Tires are PR2's the back is 50%, but it needs a new front (still a little tread in the center, the sides were just worn down by 1k of WV curves).
