  1. I have vacation at the end of the month. After that I'm jumping back on this bandwagon. I could stand to lose 10lbs, after vacation it will be 15.
  2. After much searching I finally bought a scope for my CZ 455 Tacticool (.22). Nikon Black FX1000. It might be a little overkill for a .22, but good glass is good glass. Never had a FFP scope before. https://www.nikonsportoptics.com/en/nikon-products/riflescopes/black-fx1000-4-16x50sf-fx-mrad.html
  3. I shoot a ton of .22 cause it's cheap and fun. If a .22 pistol can't shoot cheap bulk ammo (walmart) than it has no use for me. My SR22, S&W 22S, and a S&W Victory fire pretty much anything. I only use good .22 target ammo in rifles when shooting for accuracy.

I am traveling to Mexico in about 3 weeks. I'm not worrying about this, but watching to see what happens. China is the perfect storm of contagious disease...population density, poverty, live animal food markets, and a gov't that has mishandled many of these situations. https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/03/asia/coronavirus-doctor-whistle-blower-intl-hnk/index.html

    now over 20,000 cases.
  6. Many people like cruisers. I've tried, but they just don't suit me. This Vulcan is a more capable motorcycle than than either the 2006 HD Street Rod (A horrible Frankenstein design that makes no sense), or the 2010 V Star 950 (an almost ok motorcycle except for the comical lack of ground clearance...parts would scrape while riding in my neighborhood) that I had previously. The Vulcan is a better motorcycle than either of those. It has enough ground clearance to ride an entertaining pace on curves. The motor likes to rev and has plenty of power for riding with a passenger. It's a proven design that's pretty much bulletproof. I take excellent care of my stuff. 5000 miles, no dents, dings, etc. Runs 100%, tires have a lot of life left. Recent oil change. Clean, clear title in hand, 2 keys, manual. Best color combination. Needs nothing. Asking $4,350...can do better for someone I know.

So if you contract this, you have less of a chance of dying compared to SARS. But, it's spreading way faster. I've been sorta following this in the news. Hard to tell how big this could get

coronavirus = zombies you heard it here first
  10. The dealership delivered the R1200R today (from Michigan). An advantage of buying in the winter
  11. The N400 walks the line between real motorcycle and a toy
  12. Ewww...gross 🤢 I think my Ninja 400 is everything that people like to pretend a grom is. It's lightweight with excellent manners in a slightly under powered package. ...But...it also has enough power to pass on the highway, and did really well on 1400 mile 3 day trip.
  13. Seems like a nice training tool. But, damn do I have a lot of .22s already
  14. I am not particularly brand loyal, but there are some I avoid. I think the reliability and performance of the actual model means more than the brand itself.
  15. My favorite motorcycles have always been sporty naked bikes with the chops to tour. IMO, this BMW Roadster is the best of breed #nodogshow And twin.

Is @Tonik 's a Right Wing or a Left Wing?
  18. When I burn off these Metzelers, I'm going to put on some Conti Trail Attack 3 (90/10) tires, that are suitable for gravel roads but not dirt.
  19. Your bike has too many cylinders. The R1200R is the only one that checked all my boxes. The R1200RT also got some consideration.
