Good bike and a pretty good price. Since it's at a pawn shop I would be interested to know the history of the bike. I'd have a mechanic go over it to make sure someone didn't pawn a bike with problems.

At street operating temps, the PR2 has nearly the grip of the Corsa III I had previously. That difference would likely be more noticeable on a track. The biggest difference I felt was the turn in. The PR2 has a rounder profile, so a slower more deliberate turn in. I got used to it. Just mounted another PR2.

Out of curiousity, what pressure do you run on the street?

Ouch. That's the reason I made the move to sport touring tires a few years ago. I sacrifice a little grip, but less down time for tire changes. I got 6,500 on my last Pilot Road 2.

You can spend $20k on a new HD big twin...another $5k in go fast parts...and wind up with a bike that's a lot slower than a 10 year old CBR600. I'll pass. -

First, you better let me test ride your S1000RR for safety reasons. 300-400 miles should be sufficient.

In all seriousness, If you are not comfortable carrying with a round in the chamber, you probably need more training or more experience with your firearm.

The LSL kit is spendy, but it's also top quality. The machined top clamp is very nice. I have the stock clipons too, but it already had the LSL kit installed when I bought it.

It really depends on how you ride. The SV has very useable power delivery. Naked SV1Ks are kind of hard to find. I have the SVS with the LSL Superbike Bar kit...it the best of both worlds, naked riding position with good wind protection.

At that age, it's clearly an issue that stems from the parents. Either they haven't taught enough about values or right & wrong. Perhaps the kid is trying to get attention but not going about it the right way. Bad parenting leads to bad behavior.

We're meeting at the Pilot at US71/OH83 (Lodi), wheels rolling @ 9a. We'll roll through Millersburg 9:45ish, prolly won't stop there unless someone wants to meet up. South route is 83>78>377>550. North route TBD. It will be super twisty.

It looks like a ride is forming. We're meeting at the Pilot at US71/OH83 (Lodi) early-ish. Then heading south on 83. Anyone who wants to meet further south can pick a spot on 83 and we'll meet on our way to the twisty stuff.
