  1. Anyone see Twist of the Wrist - MV Agusta? NO corners are cut. It was impressive.
  2. Doubt it. They make their own motors AFAIK...unless HD involvemnt has muddied the waters.
  3. I love MVs, I would trade both bikes and my girlfreind for that. Anyone heard of the 675cc triple MV Agusta F3, due out next year? http://www.twowheelsblog.com/post/2879/spy-shots-mv-agusta-f3-prototype
  4. I blame the school system.
  5. It's been popular in Europe for years as the Deauville, it's the current incarnation of the Honda Hawk GT. It'll do great as a commuter or a sport tourer. However, practical bikes just don't seem to sell well in the US. I think it'll be a sales flop, but will probably have a small cult following.
  6. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/GM-signs-deal-to-sell-Hummer-apf-2907039406.html?x=0
  7. Speaking of sexy. RC30X - not an actual model but, DAMN!!
  8. When your bike has been wrecked too many times, turn it into a fighter. No point chopping a bike in good shape. I do like thfighters, but I'm partial to the XBS and Speed (or Street) Triple.
  9. Let's see...punch LeBron's buddy on Tuesday, traded on Wednsday. LeBron's buddy, better watch his ass. There's probably a few Browns that wouldn't mind being traded to a contender.
  10. I don't fix Apes, but I push them up grassy hills.
  11. I didn't really care for the older Z1000, but I would totally rock the new one.
  12. The CityX is great for those long days of corner carving
  13. Mine works on the plug even if the battery is removed. btw, I got a new OEM laptop battery on ebay for $40.
  14. That is pretty close, we didn't hit 145 on the ride down. That wound up being about a 280 mile loop (+ the rides there and home). There are a lot of good roads were could have added, but I didn't want to kill you guys . After Adam split off, 77 was backed up for a couple miles (just south of Canton). I don't have that kind of patience, so rslocum and I road the shoulder to avoid a huge delay, and then had to navigate through Canton via iPhone.
  15. Good ride today. No cops, no drops. We hit some of SE OH favs, and kept up a pretty good pace all day The weather never really got nice, but wasn't bad either. Cloudy and cool, and we stayed dry. 4 people is a good group size for those roads. Much more and it's hard to stay together. I logged a bit over 425 miles for the day.
  16. At 7:30, the roads are dry, it 50 degrees, and the radar is clear. So, I am riding.
  17. The forecast is looking better and the radar is clear. I'll check again in the morning.
  18. I'm gonna slab on 77 to get to Bolivar. It'll add an hour for me to head west to take 83 south.
  19. The morning forecast for Cleveland is looking iffy (30%), but the radar looks clear. Further south the forecast looks pretty good. If it's dry in the morning, I'll be in Bolivar at 9:30. Who's planning to show?
  20. Let's push back the start time by 30 minutes. I have stuff to do Sunday evening. So meet in Bolivar at 9:30, wheels rolling by 10a. I'll update my post above. The route will be heading to SE OH there are some excellent roads that way.
  21. If you are planning a ride, I'm not trying to add another one. Basically I want to ride on Sunday & I don't mind leading as long as I know the roads.
  22. Since this ride doesn't appear to be happening, how about this... **Updated** 9:30a Meet at Bolivar DQ (US77 & OH212), wheels rolling by 10a. Return to Bolivar between 3-4. The loop (Bolivar to Bolivar) is 250 miles or so depending some route options. The pace wil be brisk, the roads will be curvy. All will be riding within their limits, geared up, and no one will be left behind, etc. From Cleveland, I usually slab on 77 to Bolivar, it takes about 1:10. For those who prefer not to slab, you can take 83>250>212>Bolivar, that takes 1:30--1:40. It will be chilly in the morning...we live in Ohio.
