  1. M&P 40 or occasionally Bodyguard 380.
  2. I just got questioned by employees at dollar general two days ago while open carrying. Explained the legalities of it and how no gun signs don't work. They were nervous even though I had my 5 year old daughter with me. Lol
  3. I just cut out sections of frame to get rid of excess weight. Really helps with the fuel economy.
  4. Came across this today. I'm on my phone so I hope the calibers are able to be read. If not ill fix on the laptop later. EDIT: Updated with a larger version
  5. Today is Rebecca Blacks Birthday, Today She is 14, Last Year She was 13, Next Year She'll be 15, and 16 Comes After That.
  6. Wow, this thread got me heated. Fucking bullshit to make comments like that. It's one thing to mess around with a buddy or to make snarky comments online to another member, but to speak that way about a boy that got dealt those cards in life (and in front of those close to him) is flat out wrong. You try going through life that way or having to take care of someone with disabilities like that and see how easy it is. Disgraceful.
  7. It actually got split right in the middle of me reading it. I was trying to reply and wondered why half the posts disappeared.
  8. Wow, those were some bullshit comments. It wasn't his choice or because of bad decisions he has made. Tasteless, inconsiderate and rude to make comments like that. Try and have some class and not be an asshole. There's a difference between being PC and being and being a major dick. No, you are a jackass and of course people would take offense to comments like that.

  10. 1. Hunting for food, yes people need to eat. Mastering the skills of concentration, breathing, control, confidence, etc. Safety of myself and loved ones is a real word practical use but I've never drawn on someone while carry as a citizen with a CHL. 2. Now you're changing things. This was about throwing knives, not normal run of the mill knives. What practical use do throwing knives have?
  11. 1. Guns serve practical purposes... How hard of a concept is this to grasp? 2. I find it ironic how you called them "tools" when their original intent was to injure or kill and yet you won't follow the same theory when it comes to firearms. You can't have it both ways.
  12. Wait, doesn't this go against your gun philosophy? What other purpose throwing knives have other than to harm someone? The art of knife throwing was first used in martial arts or hunting applications. So why is a gun's design to kill, as you say, any different than a throwing knife's design ti kill? Why is one okay but the other isn't?
  13. Sucks to hear. I'm rocking the stock am/FM cassette player in my car. Haha
  14. Unloaded (including mags) of course. As long as there's no long gun they fit in the car. Also if your CCW is a Glock 17 and you have a rifle in the car that that will accept and fire those mags, its considered illegal.
  15. http://www.duffelblog.com/2012/08/dod-announces-new-inverted-multi-purpose-ballistic-tomahawk-bayonet-imbtb/ Even better it got picked up by Gizmodo. http://m.gizmodo.com/5932290/us-army-changing-bayonets-for-tomahawks
  16. So what was he referring to that "you didn't build"?
  17. Its not unusual for a tag to come back as stolen. Often it is a trailer or motorcycle that's stolen but the system advises "stolen" because the VINs are similar.

  19. I'm not aware of any ORC requiring proof of registration during a traffic stop (doesn't mean there isn't). If the vehicle is registered to you, the LEO can pull up your registration on LEADS, or dispatch can if he doesn't have a computer in the car. That being said, how hard is it to carry a piece of paper. Stick it in your wallet or in a ziplock bag under the seat? Then you won't have to worry about it. Edit: insurance is required (another paper) and like BGV said, the systems do ocassionaly go down.
  20. You're part of the problem. No reason you need those deadly items.
